1. Scope

These terms apply to use of artfete.art and to enquiries to ARTFÊTE (operator: CREATIVEREEL VIDEO AGENCY S.L.). Individual, written agreements for a specific edition take precedence over these terms.

2. Services and offer

Content on the website (packages, editions, services, lead times, investment ranges) is non-binding and not an offer. A contract only forms through an individual, mutually confirmed proposal. "From" prices are starting values; the binding price follows from the individual proposal.

3. Form enquiries

Information submitted via the form serves qualification and reply. It creates no claim to delivery of an edition, no date and no guarantee.

4. No third-party guarantees

Figures on external reach, guest numbers, availability or results are goals or experience values, not warranted characteristics or guarantees.

5. Intellectual property

All website content is protected by copyright. Concepts, visualisations and materials remain the operator's property until expressly transferred.

6. Liability

The operator's liability follows statutory rules; no warranty is given for uninterrupted availability or error-free website use.

7. Governing law

Spanish law applies; jurisdiction Palma de Mallorca, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
